Arun Bala

Group Chief Executive Officer

I manage invenioLSI's business globally. I joined invenioLSI in 2013, with over 25 years of experience then. Since then, invenioLSI has grown from 200 to over 1,000 people. We've put in place processes, systems and structures to manage the growth while ensuring we keep to our core values of customer focus, transparency, value delivery and expertise while maintaining flexibility and agility.

My focus has always been on delivering success for our customers while driving transparency, accountability and value delivery through all engagements. I'm excited about being able to help our customers transform their businesses and achieve success through the delivery of business critical projects.

When I'm not at work, I read a lot, especially philosophy and enjoy spending time with my family.

Nader Tirandazi

Chief Executive Officer, Americas; Global Head - Sales & Marketing

I joined the board of invenioLSI in September 2021 as Chief Executive Officer of Americas and the head of Global Sales & Marketing. I am responsible for operations across the US and expanding our market worldwide. Prior to merging with Invenio, I was the Executive Vice President of LSI, responsible for expanding the business market while ensuring customer success in the transformation of their business processes with SAP technology.

I’ve been involved with SAP software technology and implementation for over 20 years in my capacity as a former SAP Public Sector Executive, as well as during my time as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer for various Public Sector agencies, and while serving on several boards and commissions. I am excited to be part of InvenioLSI and facilitating the continued growth of the organization and ensuring high employee and customer satisfaction.

When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling, entertaining, and playing sports.

Stephen Coxhead

Chief Financial Officer

At invenioLSI, I am responsible for the financial management and control of the business globally. Over the last 20 years, I have worked as Chief Financial Officer or equivalent in a number of technology companies, both quoted and venture-backed, including eGain Communications, ShipServ and Agillic.

In my spare time I coach field hockey and enjoy watching my kids develop their love of sport. I also have a rhyming picture book called “Ronnie Rhino and the Missing Horn”. The book (and hopefully future books) are aimed at raising awareness and empathy in children to the plight of endangered animals.

Bipin Pendyala

Chief Operating Officer & Chief Human Resource Officer

My role at invenioLSI is focused on execution (operationalising our strategy), operational effectiveness, human resource development and administration functions with customer centricity being pivotal to all initiatives and activities.

Collaborating to formulate strategy and translating into action plans as well as harnessing the talent to deliver against goals, while preserving values and culture is exciting and fulfilling. Customer centricity, delivery excellence, operational effectiveness, talent enhancement, expertise and growth are my main drivers.

After starting my career with Indian Air Force, I moved into the IT industry, where I have taken on progressive roles from programmer to COO/ CHRO while straddling strategy and delivery. My experience with Tech-Mahindra, Knoah Solutions, CA Technologies and Moschip Semiconductor coupled with entrepreneurial journey at ikeva and Suvitas enable me to blend seamlessly customer and P&L focus with people and relationship orientation. I am deeply involved with the local industry and entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Outside of work I enjoy time with family and relish a variety of activities - sports, cycling, jogging, reading (economics, philosophy, history, fiction)

Naveen Agarwal

Chief Technology Officer

My role is to manage the technical consultancy function at invenioLSI. I have a passion for SAP development tools and creating solutions that delight customers. My team define the architecture of new systems and create new invenioLSI products.

One of the projects I am most proud of is invenioLSI's Innovation Lab, which aims to let customers see just what innovation can do for their business. Since I took my Masters in Computer Science, I have worked across a number of roles including at Siemens where I was Head of SAP Data Warehousing.

Geoff Neville

Chairman

I have been Chairman of invenioLSI since March 2019 and am delighted to have joined the company at such an exciting time. My role is to support the Board in achieving its strategic objectives and also offer my experience or knowledge when relevant in any wider business context.

I have decades of international experience in the IT Services Sector, especially Consulting, Managed Services and Software. I started out as a Software Engineer and have since spent almost 30 years at Board Level. Mostly as MD/CEO, driving growth in mid sized companies but complemented also by some global SI experience. In addition, I have been a Partner in a technology focused Private Equity Investor which gives me a broad business perspective. In particular, I firmly believe that great teams and people make businesses and customers successful, which may sound obvious but is often neglected.

When I am not at work, I am big on sports in general with a great passion for Bristol Bears RFC.

Alex Snodgrass

Investment Director

I joined the board of invenioLSI in March 2019, when BGF invested in the business to support its continued growth. I have been an investor at BGF since 2016, based in its Reading office and finding ambitious businesses in the South of England.

I have more than 15 years’ experience backing ambitious entrepreneurs and management teams. I joined BGF from the investment team at Lloyds Development Capital, and before that, I worked at Bank of Scotland’s investment arm.
