Reading UK, 1st July 2021 – Invenio Business Solutions has been expanding globally and is already Partner Center of Expertise (PCOE) certified in most markets including the UK, USA, and the UAE. Today, Invenio is proud to announce that it has also successfully achieved its PCOE certification in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Bahrain.
A PCOE certified centre provides support to end customers. It is a recognition of SAP partners who have continuously delivered standardised, high-quality customer service and reliable support. The process has strict requirements, focusing on onboarding and supporting new customers, ultimately ensuring customers receive maximum value.
Achieving the PCOE certification is an integral part of Invenio’s SAP partnership and Invenio’s growing footprint in the market. The certification allows Invenio to offer SAP licenses, implementation, technical support services, and customer success programmes in the KSA and Bahrain.
In recent years, Invenio’s operations and business have become critical in the Middle East region - with Invenio playing a significant role in delivering complex transformational projects, leveraging its global experience and delivering successful large-scale tax system implementation projects, across the region.
