Mumbai, India - 4th September 2018 - Invenio Business Solutions held its first cricket tournament, the “Invenio Premier League”, in India on the 18th of August at the sports grounds of Dr. Antonio Da Silva Educational Trust.
The tournament proved to be a huge success with over 100 employees attending, all of them showing great enthusiasm and sporting spirit. The participants were divided into 8 teams, each of them having their own name and logo. The teams were divided into two groups with 15 matches being played amongst them.
As with every tournament, of course there should be a winner. The final game was played between team “Superb Cricketers” and team “Dream Crushers”, with “Superb Cricketers” receiving the trophy at the end. There were a lot of other prizes given including one for “Woman of the Series”, “Man of the Series” and “Runners up”.
Invenio’s Global Head of People & Competency Management, Ganesh Devle commented: “It was a wonderful day showing the team spirit of Invenio. Our employees have shown the same determination to win games as they do to deliver our customers’ projects on time.”
