Reading, UK - invenioLSI announced today that it has received an automatic extension for its Partner Center of Expertise (PCOE) certification from SAP. The certification is awarded in recognition of SAP partners who have continuously delivered standardised, high-quality customer service and reliable support.
The Partner Center of Expertise certification is an integral part of the SAP Gold Partnership, and this is the fifth time that invenioLSI has successfully achieved it. The re-certification will be valid for two years, until 2024.
The certification has been introduced by SAP to ensure all their customers receive the same high-quality support. The certification itself is essential for selling authorisation and to SAP Value-Added Reseller (VAR) status. Usually, certification is only granted after a strict audit by SAP, which evaluates different aspects of the support services within the company. This year, invenioLSI applied and qualified for an automatic extension, leading to recertification for the next two years.
